Who provides these services
Yes Please Studio is operated by Eric Stein-Beldring, a sole trader registered in Norway. By engaging with Yes Please Studio's services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Yes Please Studio provides consulting, workshop facilitation, coaching, and subscription-based strategic delivery services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each engagement are agreed upon in writing before work begins. These terms apply to all such engagements unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
Payment
Payment terms are specified per engagement. For subscription services, payment is due monthly in advance. For project-based work, payment schedules are agreed at the start of the engagement. Late payments may result in work being paused.
Intellectual property
Deliverables produced for a client are owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Methodologies, frameworks, and tools used in delivery (including the please-family open-source frameworks) remain the property of Yes Please Studio.
Limitation of liability
Yes Please Studio provides strategic advice and frameworks, not guarantees of commercial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yes Please Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of services, advice, or deliverables. Total liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during an engagement with discretion and not to disclose it to third parties without consent. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes arising from engagements with Yes Please Studio shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Yes Please Studio's services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
