Hi, I'm Eric.
I've spent the last decade in-house helping companies figure out who they are, who they're for, and how to grow. Much of that has been spent within the industrial and energy sectors (with companies like Cognite, THREE60 Energy, Vår Energi, and Baker Hughes), working with teams to build digital products that solve some of the world's most complex problems.
While working with both startups and enterprises, I've seen what works and (more often than not) experienced what doesn't. Across the board, the most valuable things are built when people take the time to understand what they're building long-term, why it matters, and for whom they're building. Once you've got that clarity, the small steps add up faster than anyone expects.
The best people I've worked with have a bias for getting things done. Not blind optimism or "moving fast and breaking things," but a genuine eagerness to roll up their sleeves and start finding the right way forward together. Their default response to a good idea is, "Yes, please!"
That's the energy this practice is built on. I come in, find what's not working, build the solution with you, and make sure you and your team can carry it forward without me. I focus on learning, clarity, and momentum so teams are confident about what to do next and how to do it.
Curious about what we could do together? Let's find out over a coffee.
