Two roughly 60-minute sessions (one to kick-off, one to set it up and teach you), one round of building between them, a working installed system, and the documentation to maintain or extend it yourself.

Complexity of the workflow, number of people involved, tools of choice (Claude, Microsoft, etc.), and similar considerations.
- c / What's outside
Multi-team rollouts (that's a Workshop or Custom shape) and ongoing operational support (that's my Coaching or Studio services).
