studio, async strategic delivery, subscription

Senior work, delivered while you sleep.

Studio is a subscription for the strategic work you'd rather have done than do yourself. You send a brief whenever something comes up, sleep on it, and wake up to a draft. There are no standups and no calls unless you want them, and the educational layer is the part nobody else ships.

The product is still being built. Both tiers open with a waitlist for now.

00 what you're joining

A small group of early teams shaping how Studio works.

The waitlist is how I'm onboarding the first cohort. When a slot opens, I reach out, we agree on the first month's shape, and the cycle starts. Joining the waitlist isn't a commitment, it's the place in line.

01 two tiers

Pick the altitude you want me at.

Both tiers run the same async loop. Studio Pro adds a faster cycle, a second active ticket, screencasts, live hours, and group teaching access. The price reference shown is the floor when the product opens; today, the only way in is the waitlist.

  • /02 72-hour delivery cycle. Submit by Monday, draft by Thursday. That kind of week.
  • /03 Unlimited backlog. Queue as many as you like and pull them forward when needed.
  • /04 Educational layer, lite. In-product tutorials, meta notes inside the deliverable.
  • /05 Pause or cancel any time. Month-to-month, no contracts past the current cycle.

48 and 72-hour delivery cycles count working days only and exclude holidays. EUR figures are rounded for readability, not the rate of the day. All prices ex-VAT.

02 how it flows

The async-first loop.

No scheduled standups, no status meetings. The system is the meeting. Five steps, repeated until you stop.

step 01

Submit a brief

Title, context, what you need, by when. From a doc, an email, a Loom: whatever's fastest.

step 02

I read and reframe

If the brief is the wrong question, I tell you before working on the wrong thing.

step 03

Draft plus reasoning

Inside 72 hours on Studio, 48 on Pro. Every delivery comes with the artifact and a meta note explaining the choices behind it.

step 04

You react

Approve, redirect, or kill. Async. No call required. One revision is built in.

step 05

Next one starts

The studio pulls the next ticket. Pause the whole month if you don't need anything.

03 the part nobody else ships

The educational layer.

Every deliverable comes with the reasoning behind it, because capability transfer is the actual product. The deliverable expires. The understanding compounds.

/ included in studio

the lite layer

  • Meta notes inside every deliverable: the why, not just the what.
  • In-product tutorials when a system or template is part of the build.
  • A short "how to extend this" section at the bottom of every artifact.

/ added in studio pro

the full layer

  • 5 to 10 minute screencast walkthrough per deliverable. Watch it once, run it forever.
  • 2 hours of live 1:1 per month, coaching-grade, used however you want.
  • Live Q&A plus teaching sessions for your team.
  • Drop into office hours when something's urgent.
