custom, by proposal

When the right answer is a handmade scope.

Some engagements don't fit Coaching, Workshops, the Operating System, or Studio. They're either bigger, weirder, longer, or built around a constraint that needs its own shape. Custom is the format for those.

01 what a custom engagement looks like

Scoped together, then built together.

A custom engagement starts with a scoping conversation. You describe what you're trying to move, what's already been tried, who needs to be involved, and what the constraints are. I come back with a proposal that names the shape, the time commitment, the deliverables, and the price. If the proposal makes sense, we sign and start. If it doesn't, the scoping conversation was free.

The work itself can look like anything: a multi-phase strategy engagement that ends in a build, a long fractional setup where I sit inside the team for a quarter, a single intensive sprint that mixes coaching with workshop with delivery. The common thread is that the shape is built for your situation, not pulled off the shelf. Reach out when none of the four other formats quite fit what you're trying to do.

Tell me the situation. I'll come back with a proposal.
